Who We Are
We are a team that has sat where you have sat before, spending countless hours hunting for the best deals possible and then hoping that it all works out after closing. We have had to manage multiple investment properties ourselves. We have had to build-out spreadsheet after spreadsheet to forecast performance for multi-story developments. We have had to generate professional quality presentation materials for investors, lenders, and builders and painstakingly update them on short notice with the most current information. We have had to dig ourselves out of bad deals and the biggest lesson learned through it all is that the best way to dig out of a bad deal is to not get buried in one to begin with. That’s why we created DealMate.
